Farr Solarium is a research in interstitial moments and the transitions between spaces. With the construction of a solarium, a grass bed, a viewing platform, each structure has a discrete view of the others. This project explores the transitions between private and exposed spaces, solitary and shared moments, and divisions of space within the same body of architecture. Farr Solarium plays with different environment qualities and how we experience moving through these boundaries.
