This work is composed as an herbarium workstation for algae specimens collected from the intertidal zone; where they drifted, rooted, and ashore as the water receded from the semidiurnal tides. The algae cycle through the structure, moving from the rinsing baths, onto paper, and pressed into herbarium specimens, becoming a series of observational documents.
